Failed Delivery:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender [BENNIMARCEAU LIMITED] at the customer’s expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.
