Shipping policy

THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR UK ORDERS.

At bennimarceau.com, our aim is to offer you the finest shipping options, regardless of your location.

Upon placing an order, you will receive updates on its status and shipping details, along with the tracking number (via email) once the order has been shipped.

Processing Time:
Processing time commences from the date of order placement. 1 - 4 days (Monday - Friday) Once processed, we proceed with shipping your order. The order processing cut-off time is 23:00pm (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Regarding Delivery Services Zone:
Our delivery services are exclusively available for locations within the UK and selected countries outside of the UK. 

Shipping time: 

Standard Shipping: We deliver orders within 10 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)* (in regular seasons)

12 - 15 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)*  on public and local holidays. 

Our Carriers

We use DPD, Evri, Royal Mail, Fedex, DHL and UPS for deliveries.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you don't receive this email, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline at 0330 043 4988 or by emailing us at customerservice@bennimarceau.com.

Failed Delivery:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender BENNIMARCEAU at the customer’s expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Change Of Delivery Address:
Once your order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify the delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at customerservice@bennimarceau.com or call us at 0330 043 4988

Upon receipt of Your Order:
Please carefully inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for them as "Damaged," then contact us immediately.

Cancellation of Order:
We regret to hear that you wish to cancel your order. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll provide you with a full refund upon cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to request a refund once you receive the order. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for more information.

Gift Wrapping:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.

Bank Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

Sales Tax
bennimarceau.com does not charge you any additional taxes.

Delivery Time Exceeded:
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
