Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Policy Overview
BENNIMARCEAU (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates bennimarceau.com (“Service”). We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for refunds or exchanges.


1. Cancellations, Damaged, or Wrong Items
Order Cancellations
  • Before Shipping: If you cancel before your order leaves our facility, we will issue a full refund immediately.
  • After Shipping: If your item has already been shipped, you must receive the delivery first and then initiate a standard return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email a photo of the item to customerservice@bennimarceau.com.
  • Replacements: We will ship a brand-new item to you at no extra cost.
  • Refunds: If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Wrong Item Ordered: If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or product and want an exchange, contact us. We will provide return instructions at no extra cost to you.

UK 14-day statutory cancellation rights (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations).

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Receive Your Label: If your request is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and dropping instructions.
  3. Mail the Package: Securely package your item and send it to our official return address.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Restocking Fees: £0 (We do not charge any restocking fees).
  • Return Shipping: We provide return shipping instructions and labels at no extra cost for valid returns and exchanges.

3. Exchanges
We provide direct exchanges exclusively for items that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product or size. Contact our team through any of our support channels below to arrange an exchange. Transit times for your exchanged product may vary depending on your delivery location.

4. Refunds & Processing Timelines
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Payment Clearance Window
  • Our Action: Approved refunds are processed immediately upon inspection.
  • Bank Processing: It typically takes 5 working days for your banking institution or credit card provider to clear the funds and reflect the balance in your account.
